Few things in this world make life bearable the way chocolate does. From the kind that melt in your mouth but not in your hand, to the most decadent artisanal desserts, there’s nothing quite like chocolate to make this mortal plane tolerable. The Salon du Chocolat will be celebrating all things chocolate at the Javits Center from November 16th to the 17th.

At the Chocolate Demonstration Stage you’ll be able to see expert chocolatiers practice their craft and answer your questions. The Pastry by the Pros Stage is there to teach you recipes for the holiday season. Salon du Chocolat NY’s signature fashion show presents pageantry dripping with glamour, decadence, and otherworldly couture… and chocolate with chocolate themed outfits. Marvel at colossal chocolate sculptures that take the shape of endangered species and world landmarks. The Valrhona Hot Chocolate Festival will feature samples of unique hot chocolate recipes created especially by the city's most celebrated pastry chefs and the Salon du Chocolat Junior is a chance for kids to get hands on lessons in chocolate crafting.
