Looking to see what will be the upcoming trends in the fast paced world of New York restaurants or a chance to meet your favorite chefs? StarChefs 12th Annual International Chefs Congress, which will be taking place October 22nd to 24th at the Brooklyn Expo Center (72 Noble St., Brookyn NY). Over the three days, chefs will be showcasing new dining trends and discussing challenges and opportunities in the culinary industry.
The culinary symposium and exhibition’s theme this year will be “Cook Your Culture”. Presentations, discussions, demos and workshops with over 150 top chefs, including Albert Adrià, José Andrés and Wylie Dufresne, will be framed around the values, culture and influences that have permeated their work.
